Get a clear picture of what's actually driving your pipeline.
If you want to improve anything, the first step is understanding how it really works.
We start with a diagnostic — mapping how your business actually operates in practice, not just how it's supposed to work on paper.
We only run diagnostics where we're confident there is meaningful upside or risk to uncover. If we don't see that upfront, we'll tell you.
The application takes 2-3 minutes, and there’s no obligation.
Who the diagnostic is for
- Are growing, but don’t fully trust their pipeline
- Rely on sales teams and real– world interactions
- Know their systems could be better, but aren’t sure where to start
- Are thinking about AI, but don’t want to get it wrong
The problems it solves
Most companies can't clearly answer:
- Where their best leads actually come from.
- Why deals are won or lost.
- Which activities genuinely drive revenue
Marketing and sales often operate with different assumptions, and the connection between them is unclear.
At the same time, there's an overwhelming number of tools, platforms and AI solutions promising to fix these issues.
Without a clear understanding of how your business actually works – across both online and offline activity – these solutions often add complexity, and can make the problem worse.
We map and test how your system behaves.
The diagnostic runs as a series of structured sessions with you and your team, combined with a close review of key materials, data, and systems.
The goal is simple: to understand what is really happening inside your pipeline. We dig beneath the surface problems to make clear what's actually driving them.

You won't just get a report. You'll understand your business differently.
- A clear map of how your pipeline and systems actually work.
- Identification of key problems, bottlenecks, risks and opportunities.
- Specific, practical insights.
- A set of actionable changes.
We don't give you generic frameworks, jargon, or long slide decks – but a specific and practical understanding of how your business operates. We're also completely independent. Unlike many "free diagnostics", this isn't designed to sell you a particular platform or tool. In many cases, we identify things that can be simplified, reduced, or removed – not added.
Typical findings.
- Long– standing customers misunderstanding the full scope of what you now offer
- Marketing channels consuming budget without reaching real buyers
- Misalignment between what marketing calls a “lead” and what sales considers viable
- Incomplete or misleading views of the customer journey
- Gaps between the sales experience and onboarding or delivery
- No structured approach to retention or expansion
- Sales teams working outside the CRM due to lack of trust
- Software decisions driven by vendor sales processes rather than real needs
- AI or automation layered onto broken processes, amplifying problems
Three structured steps.
Three to four weeks.
Discovery
We work with you to identify the key people in your organisation that you'd like us to talk to, and we run structured sessions with them. We also review marketing & sales materials, customer communications, internal processes, systems and platforms, and relevant data (anonymised if needed). Typically 3–4 weeks.
Analysis & mapping
We build a clear picture of how your system actually works — including where it breaks down.
Findings & recommendations
We present everything in a working session — not just a document. You'll receive your system map, key insights, and clear recommendations.
From here, we can help design and implement the changes, or you can take this forward internally. If we continue working together, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the next phase.
If you don't come away with a clear, commercially grounded understanding of where your growth is constrained – and what to do next – we'll refund the fee.
